Beer Description
New Growth is a collaborative beer made with chef Kim Alter and Outpost, a community of journalists, designers, musicians, brand leaders, chefs, and artists. Recreating the majestic experience of the mighty Redwood forests in a beer was no easy task. In order to incorporate the emotion and sentiment of being in a Redwood forest, a lager made the most sense to represent the crisp air as it wraps around you. The aroma of the forest flora rises up and meets the fog-laden fresh fir tips. Partial proceeds of this release will be donated to conservationist efforts to save our Redwood forests.
