Saisonniers (SAY-sahn-Yay) is a true saison/farmhouse ale with its fruity and black peppery character and crisp-dry finish. It is named after the seasonal workers who would have been drinking it in France and Belgium in the time of its origin. Its name is meant to give credence to the struggles workers have faced in this difficult year.
