Inspired by the legendary lemon meringue pies that my Grandma Jean made, we brewed this parfait sour ale with over 500lbs of Pureed Meyer Lemons, 60 tubs of Marshmallow Fluff, a hefty dose of creamy milk sugar, and some absolutely primo Papua New Guinea Vanilla! The result is a dream staycation that will completely captivate your senses with its sweet-tart vibes. Oh so creamy yet super refreshing! You’ll just love it. Yummy yum yum! Pairs well with buttery shortbread cookies or a proper skosh of bourbon!
