Beer Description
Disciples of Fu! – Mosaic Mob is the 2nd in our series of single hopped beers featuring the hops used to make Hop-Fu! This one is completely saturated with Mosaic hops!! We dosed it with a heavy hit of Mosaic Incognito and double dry hopped it with Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo! The aroma is bursting with citrusy tangerines, fresh cut flowers, ripe blueberries, and juicy papaya, with some herbaceous dankness to round it all out. The flavor remains citrusy and berry forward with more of that deep blue danky note to keep it on the west side. Bright, hoppy, firmly bitter, and vibrantly hoppy with a suitably dry finish.
