Mimics a Pina Colada w/ both toasted & shaved coconut & heaps of pineapple, but further conditioned on fresh strawberry.
Island was born from a desire to teleport to the islands. This Imperial sour ale directly mimics a Pina Colada with both toasted & shaved coconut and heaps of pineapple, but further conditioned on fresh strawberry. Won’t exactly give you that red swirl in the glass but the entire composition is about as close as you can get in “beer” form.
