Beer Description
Finally is the latest mixed culture release from our ever-growing cellar. Conditioned on Virginia grown Asian Pears, the base Golden Ale spent 9 months conditioning in oak before being transferred onto freshly picked Asian Pears for an extended refermentation. After which, it was packaged and patiently bottle conditioned for over a year. The resulting beer is our best attempt at emulating classic Champagne or Sparkling Wine. Finally pours a brilliant, pale gold, with a lively carbonation. We get impressions of juicy pear, crisp orchard fruit, hints of toasted oak and bright, refreshing acidity
