Beer Description
Pours a beautiful pale straw yellow color with moderate carbonation. It has a wonderful bready pilsner malt quality with a slightly elevated noble hop presence from the generous use of Saphir and Hallertau Mittelfruh. It’s bright and refreshing with a touch more body from the 5.3% abv but drinks fairly dry for a refreshing quaff. This is a step back towards a more traditional Pils for us, with some minor tweaks that give it our own thumbprint on the style.
