Hef’n Persistence is an American wheat beer fermented with Kolsch yeast and dosed up with mango and passion fruit puree and a touch of Habanero heat.
Hef’n Persistence is an American wheat beer fermented with Kolsch yeast and dosed up with mango and passion fruit puree and a touch of Habanero heat. We brewed this beer as an ode to Nancy Vanyek, CEO of the Greater San Fernando Valley Chamber of Commerce and shall also be known as “Nancy’s Beer”. She’s sweet but her spiciness helped with navigating the cities obstacles and red tape to open a brewery in Los Angeles, she’s one of the reasons we are here. Thank you Nancy, Cheers!!
