Beer Description
It’s pretty simple; delicious malt and delicious hops make for tasty pale ale. We use California grown Gallagher’s Best barley, malted in small batches by Admiral Maltings, for notes of honey and superior smoothness. Citra hops lend gobs of lychee, pineapple, and orange aromas. Fermented with a flavorful English yeast strain for enhanced fruitiness and soft mouthfeel.
