Beer Description
A refined farmhouse beer brewed with Chicago Hardy figs and clover from our property, and aged in an oak-forward foeder from Foeder Crafters with wild yeast and bacteria. Lots of cinnamon, clove, and vanilla baking spice character with a lightly tart finish.
