Beer Description
We used a California Ale yeast to ferment it out and keep the malt simple. Double Dry Hopped with Centennial, Citra, and Chinook. Tropical, juicy, and a bit of bitterness to keep it real.
It’s not really hazy (just a bit from the proteins and dry hopping, we dont filter). Dry as can be, assertively carbed, and dare we say a wonderful change of pace? We used a California Ale yeast to ferment it out and keep the malt simple. Double Dry Hopped with Centennial, Citra, and Chinook. Tropical, juicy, and a bit of bitterness to keep it real.
