Beer Description
We sourced malt from craft maltsters Riverbend and Epiphany in NC and added a little bit of lactose. Fermented with our house British yeast strain we added a gratuitous amount of coffee from East Pole. The resulting beer is smooth, slightly sweet, and exhibits wonderful coffee flavors and aromas.
