Beer Description
Known in the Pacific Northwest as a Cascadian Dark Ale, this hop-head’s dream is as dark as an abandoned mineshaft and every bit as dangerous! Hopped up with eight pounds of Cascade, Cluster and Fuggles, this black brew gets its color and malty profile from six different malts – Pilsen, Carapils, Caramel, Munich, black and 2-row brewer’s. Don’t be afraid of the dark!
