Beer Description
This Wild Farmhouse Ale was brewed with imported Pilsner malt and pale wheat, and hopped with aged whole leaf hops and fresh German Saphir. Open fermented with our house mixed culture, and barrel aged in French Oak puncheons. Citrusy, tropical, and light bodied with refreshing acidity and a funky Brettanomyces finish.
