Beer Description
Big, roasty stout, kettle soured, and conditioned on mango and habanero peppers.
This is a massive collaboration project with Embark Ciderworks to benefit the Mental Health Assoc of Roc. The idea behind the project is that flavor combinations that might not be conventional can still be beautiful. First, we brewed a big, roasty stout and kettle soured it. We conditioned it on mango, added pounds of hand-sliced habanero peppers.
