Bierkeller Bockbier

we’re back, bierkeller friends, for another abend (evening) of bier the way it’s done in germany.

on saturday 27 february, from 3-8 pm, we will be releasing our super-fresh bockbier. our 2021 bock is our biggest bier ever, coming in at a hefty 7.0% ABV. but beware: the pale gold color is deceiving, so consume with care. but bock’s not all: we will also be serving this year’s fastenbier — our franconian dunkles — a perennial favorite.

as with our recent rauchbier abend, we will be serving from bavarian gravity kegs and accompanying it with a limited number of deutsche dishes. you have your choice of traditional gruenkohl und bregenwurst (smoked sausage and stewed greens with potatoes) or kaesespaetzle (german egg noodles with bacon, caramelized onions, and cheese). vegetarian options also available.

not up for a sit-down meal? not to worry. we will also have plenty of space, as well as snacks of pretzels, obatzda (bavarian beer cheese), and landjaeger (cured smoked sausages). fresh kellerbier, weißbier, and kellerrauch (smoky kellerbier) will also be available. crowler cans to-go will be available for purchase for $5.
