Our river, the Chicago River, with its North and South branches, gets dyed green every year on St. Patrick’s Day. Don’t you wish you were in the room when someone piped up said, “What if we dyed the whole thing green?”. You’d think they would’ve said, “take it easy, Chuck, we’re not going dye the entire river green.” Nope, that person’s psychedelic co-workers said, “Chuck, you’ve got something there… Let’s get that done.” And here we are, almost 60 years later.⠀
