Beer Description
This beer starts out with strong notes of sweet orange in the aroma, but the orange takes a backseat in the flavor while the strawberry and pink guava come forward, blending seamlessly with the tartness from the sour beer base
For our latest beer in our fruited sour series, we used a massive amount of fruit. Organic mandarin oranges, strawberries, and pink guava were added for a tropical take on our imperial Berliner Weisse. This beer starts out with strong notes of sweet orange in the aroma, but the orange takes a backseat in the flavor while the strawberry and pink guava come forward, blending seamlessly with the tartness from the sour beer base.
