Beer Description
The Pit, the first in our Beer Encinal series. The Pit is a sour 5.8% ABV wild ale fermented and aged in Oak vessels, then conditioned in stainless with fresh Yellow Peaches and White Nectarines from the Central Valley.
The Encinal series of wild ales are made with whole California fruit and fermented with our house culture of yeast and bacteria.
