Beer Description
Twig (4.6%) – Pale ale brewed with Golden Promise, malted white wheat, and a sprinkling of the choicest British crystal malt, hopped in the kettle with simcoe, mosaic, and cascade, then dry hopped responsibly with more simcoe and mosaic.
Twig is our first pale ale and we wanted this low abv crusher to be as refreshing as it is flavorful. To do that we balanced this bright, juicy beer with a firm bitterness that lingers just long enough to make you want another sip.
Weโre tasting fresh kiwi, full-pulp tangerine juice, pithy grapefruit, spring grass clippings, and fluffy biscuits smeared with orange marmalade.
