Beer Description
Inspired by traditional Belgian witbiers, White Rabbit is delicately spiced with coriander and orange zest creating a pleasant fruity aroma.
Head Brewer Brannon Radicke went with the classic Belgian Wit yeast to bring out subtle fruity esthers. It’s medium-bodied with a slightly fruity, refreshing tang and a clean, zesty finish. Reminiscent of drinking a good beer in the back room of the White Rabbit on 6th Street listening to the Greyboy Allstars with the “cool” bartenders, it’s slightly hazy and full of fun. This is one bunny trail you’ll be happy you discovered.
