Beer Description
Tibert Saison to honor our feline companions in this realm. Tibert, the one-eyed King of Cats, appeared in the 12th century fable “Reynard the Fox,” an allegory of the struggle between peasants and the ruling classes, with Tibert repping the former. This light, easy drinking Saison is a liquid bouquet of French spring wildflowers. Aromas of lemon peel, fresh flowers, and a hint of peppercorn mingle on the palette with flavors of lemongrass and soft malts.
