This light bodied saison opens with a kiss of lemony hop and peppery yeast flavors and then finishes crisp and bubbly. We get notes of floral, herbal, citrusy hops, Lemonhead candies, green pear, black pepper, clove, and bergamot zest.
Spring Saison is a bright, refreshing, and hoppy brew releasing just in time for the Spring season! It was brewed with high quality pilsner and wheat malts, fermented dry with our favorite saison yeast strain, and then heavily dry-hopped with Czech Saaz, German Hüll Melon, and US Lemondrop.
Spring Saison pours a beautiful hazy yellow color into a glass and is quickly capped with a large head of persistent and aromatic white foam.
