Beer Description
Named after one of his favorite trails in east TN, this sour ale employs both American Two Row, German Pilsner and white wheat, making for a more bready, complex malt profile than most American renditions. Ringing in at 5.1%, it’s a bit strong for the style and assertively tart. We opted for a restrained salt addition, which not only lends a soft mouthfeel but makes this a real thirst quencher.
