Lucia, named for the patron saint of wheat, boasts a rich malt character with wonderful notes of banana, spice and berry fruit derived from the authentic German yeast strain used during fermentation. Ideally pairs with a wide variety of holiday desserts. It is a perfect companion to bread pudding and mince pies. Or enjoy as a dessert itself. Prost!
