Quimera Sparkling is a golden, foamy and refreshing ale. The pilsen malt, with subtle shades of caramel flavor bring that along to their catchy Willamatte and Spalter hops creating a unique personality, with a slight bitterness and strong aroma. This beer has a well structured body, its texture soft and sparkling citrus notes that form a complex beer, pleasant and refreshing, ideal to accompany red meats, olives and cheeses.
