Beer Description
Sour Ale brewed with meyer lemon purée, vanilla, and milk sugar. Fully fermented as always, whilst still retaining a dense and fluffy body we’ve all come to love. This one pops with a bright and refreshing citrus character, followed by an almost desert like decadence of lightly toasted dollops of whipped cream, shortbread crust, and of course rich lemon curd in between. A fitting one for the winter to spring transition.
