Bourbon Barrel Aged Baklava-Inspired Imperial Stout fermented w/ Orange Blossom Honey & finished w/ walnuts, hazelnuts & pistachios
Bourbon Barrel Aged Baklava-Inspired Imperial Stout • This collaboration brew with Greece’s Seven Island Brewery celebrates the Antikythera Mechanism, an ancient analog computer dated to 87 BC. Research suggests the device had 37 gears to track celestial movements and predict astrological positions and eclipses decades in advance. Reverse Engineering was brewed to mimic the flaky richness of traditional Greek baklava before it was fermented with Orange Blossom Honey and finished with walnuts, hazelnuts, and pistachios for a decadent, honey-drizzled reenvisioning of liquid dessert.
