Mixed Culture Foeder Fermented Gose with Orange, Lime, Tomato, Sea Salt, Coriander, Chilies & Tajin. This sweet & slightly savory sour, or as we taken to calling it “Agave Adjacent Ale”, is based on the rejuvenating mixture served to accompany Tequila in Northern Mexico. The perfect thing to bring you back from last night’s festivities, with or without the accompaniment of any Agave based spirit you may be consuming, or in place of a Bloody at your next brunch engagement.
