Beer Description
Style- Double IPA
ABV- 7.7%
Hops- Vic Secret/Simcoe
Brewer’s notes:
Super excited about this hop combo. We used it in ‘LA Showdown’ with some red malts, but this time paired it with a lean and mean malt profile. Expect some bright berry fruit, a flourish of tropical notes, and a touch of evergreen in the finish. Old school favorite, Simcoe, just found a sultry dance partner in new comer, Vic Secret!
