Beer Description
Wild as they come, we sometimes say wheat, but this is a classic German weiss. Order a “heff” or a “wheat” and we’ll fill your glass with a light unfiltered ale unlike any we brew. The unique flavor starts with the yeast. Esters form during fermentation that release a banana flavor. We automatically put a lemon wedge on your glass, but ask for an orange and find a whole new set of flavors.
