Beer Description
MCity was brewed in memory of our dear friend and Equilibrium team member, Jose.
We started off with a flaked oats and flaked wheat base before an Idaho7 and Mosaic whirlpool and a Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy dry hop.
MCity pours bright yellow with aromas of a tropical fruit medley with a heavy mango presence. Orange, Peach, Pineapple, Mango and lime zest in a creamy DIPA form lead into a big melon #EQjuice finish. This beer was a company wide team effort to create and we hope it would make Jose proud.
