A beer inspired by the bear whose faux “paw” was walking across our freshly poured concrete floor. This saison is crafted using large portions of wheat malt and cherry puree and has been fermented with Belgian yeast. With a refreshing flavour and fruity aroma, this unfiltered beer is bound to be bear approved.
