Beer Description
Imperial Gose w/pink sea salt, local wildflower honey, ancho chiles and lemon.
Rolling with our shaker series, where we recreate classic cocktails in beer form. This is based off the Bee Sting. Our delicious gose base, notched up to 7% with the addition of local wildflower honey from Ithaca Honey Works, we hand cut dried ancho chiles to bring a little spicy kick to this beer. It’s not hot by any means, but has a little heat on the back end that longers. We also added a kiss of milk sugar to balance the heat so you get a little sweet and spicy vibe.
