Beer Description
East coast haze meets west coast hops. We wanted to make a complete juice bomb and load it up with strictly west coast hops in every aspect of the brew process. It’s completely saturated with Columbus, simcoe, simcoe cryo, mosaic, mosaic cryo, Citra, Citra cryo, and cascade hops. We hit this beer with boil, late addition, and the triple dry hopped it. We wanted to balance the super ripe, thick body with a crazy backbone of hops, that brings a bit of a west coast vibe to the palate. Crazy ripe aromas dripping with overripe peaches, pineapple, cannibus, and oranges and an explosion of flavor, with the most silky mouthfeel and just the slightest amount of perfect bitterness to remind you you’re drinking an IPA
