Spruce Ale – A strong, amber spruce ale aged in Islay casks for an extended length of time. Full of intense fruity, smoky-peat aromas & flavour. 8%
Golden Ale – A strong, golden ale, aged in Highland whisky casks for an extended length of time. Elegant aromas of tropical fruit & delectably complex flavours of sherry & fruitcake. 8%
Red Rye Ale – A rich red rye ale aged in Speyside whisky casks for an extended length of time. A wonderfully complex ale with a mixture of citrusy hops & slight pepperiness. 8%
Imperial Stout – A dark, rich imperial stout, aged in Lowland whisky casks for a short length of time. A bold brew, flavours of roasted coffee blend with a lemony aroma and a long, lighty smokey. 8%
