Beer Description
This golden wild ale was brewed with imported floor malted Pilsner, spelt, and rye, and was boiled with a combination of aged Styrian Golding and fresh Czech Saaz hops. After aging in French oak puncheons for nearly a year, we refermented with rhubarb and local wildflower honey and conditioned on Madagascar vanilla beans. Aromatics of sweet honey transition to notes of earthy and tangy rhubarb, vanilla, and our signature Odd Breed funk with moderate acidity.
