A West Coast IPA, but w/ new fermentation hopping techniques & unique hop varietals like El Dorado, Vic Secret & newer hop Talus. We get this amazing luscious blueberry character w/ lots of pine & some tropical mango vibes. Dry, bitter and perfectly clear
In September of 2019, we were lucky enough to meet up with the amazing folks at Unity Brewing in Southhampton, England, for a collaboration known as the Rainbow Project. Their crew showed us an amazing time (it was our first trip to the UK) and it may have featured prominent amounts of cask ale and late night kebabs (considered the burrito of Europe). For this collaborative reboot, we collectively chose to brew a West Coast IPA, but with new fermentation hopping techniques, and unique hop varietals like El Dorado, Vic Secret and newer hop Talus. We get this amazing luscious blueberry character with lots of pine and some tropical mango vibes. Dry, bitter and perfectly clear!
