Beer Description
New England Double IPA hopped with Citra and Vic Secret hops. Tired of the level of sweetness in the so-called “Chicago Style” hazy IPA’s, we set off to make a hazy more akin to our coastal brethren who make a slightly drier and less heavy version of the style. While we don’t use lactose in our hazy IPA’s, gone is the maltodextrin sugars that we normally used. The result is a more drinkable, but still supremely juicy IPA. In fact, we liked the concept and result so much we applied it to our other hazies as well. Cheers!
