Beer Description
This beer was conceived by Drake’s Brewmaster John Gillooly, senior Brewer Chris Dunston & Porky’s Owner/BeerGeek Gary. Then brewed with the help of Asst. brewer Ian Powell. Meant to be a non-traditional Pale Ale with a balance of malt and a little more color. But still possessing the hoppy dry finish we enjoy. Made with 2-row, Muntons Amber, Muntons 110 & Simpsons 30/37 malts and hopped with 1lb. Bravo in the boil along with an 11 lbs. HBC 436 experimental hop in the whirlpool & more in the dry hopping. We would like to thank John & Roy owners of Drake’s for the opportunity to craft a great beer at our favorite brewery! alc.6%. Quaff one today as it will be gone soon!
