Azul City is Hop Blueberry Lemon Dreamsicle Cider that tastes like a blueberry creamsicle and lemon sherbert. LACTOSE FREE! We decided to dry hop Azul City with Mosaic Hops. The wonderful berry fruitfulness of Mosaic is complemented by a contrasting earthy, piney taste. Our thought process was that the piney / earthy taste from the hops would balance out the additional ingredients: jammy blueberry, soften bright lemony citrus, and warm vanilla, which was needed to create a “dreamiscle” like flavor.
