Beer Description
A little sweet and a little sour best describes this classic style made in a non-traditional method. Most sours of this style are lactose fermented instead we used a new wild yeast strain developed by the USciences Philly which generates lactic acid before generating alcohol…we then racked it over 80# of fresh tangerine puree…giving it a tart and sweet orangey flavor…4% ABV extremely crushable
