Beer Description
This delightfully tart and juicy blend of sour ales and Saisons was aged in foeders, puncheons and wine barrels, then re-fermented on whole blackberries for three months. Finally, after all that waiting, “now’s the time, the time is now."
Expect a medium bodied sour ale with a bright yet balanced flavor profile of blackberries and lemon acidity.
