Beer Description
Wild Prairie Pollinator started back in 2019 when we fermented the beer with a mixture of Saccharomyces, Brettanomyces and Pediococcus and the addition of honey. Post fermentation we threw in a fresh harvest of blackberries. The beer sat on those blackberries for two years before it hit peak flavor, and then we added more blackberries. This is a bright and beautiful beer with extraordinary flavor from the yeast and bacteria. Every sip brings a new experience to your taste buds.
