Beer Description
Full, fruity flavor & refreshing drinkability. Australian Vic Secret, w/ its tropical pineapple notes, is the centerpiece. Simcoe & Amarillo support it w/ citrus and subtle pine. Dry finish w/ with moderate bitterness, but plenty apricotty ester.
Hazy IPA w/ Citra and Idaho 7 Hop Hash
Full, fruity flavor and refreshing drinkability are the name of the game for our 5th Anniversary IPA. Australian Vic Secret, with its tropical pineapple notes, is the centerpiece. Simcoe and Amarillo support it with some American citrus and subtle pine. It finishes dry with moderate bitterness, but plenty of protein and an apricotty ester profile keep it soft and approachable.
