Beer Description
- West Coast Pale Ale with Zappa and Citra. Based on Zappa hops with Citra layered in in a supporting role, it’s crisp and clean with bright citrus flavors redolent of orange, grapefruit, and lemon. It also has a nice pine/resin quality with tertiary notes of mango and passionfruit. The bitterness is firm, leaving your mouth dry and wanting another sip.
