We reformulated our Hefeweizen to an old style Bavarian Hefeweizen. Using the original strain of yeast, the heart and soul of this Bavarian style beer delicacy. It produces a hint of clover aroma and a pronounced fruity flavor profile. Paired with a moderate amount of Halletauer hops, this incredibly drinkable beer resembles a true time capsule of Bavarian brewing.
