Beer Description
A celebratory collaboration between the Explorium and McFleshman’s medal haul from the 2020 competition season. We started with a traditional English Special Bitter base featuring Marris Otter and classic English hops. Then we layered in orange blossom honey which helps give Damn! That’s Good DIPA it’s smooth finish. Then rounded out the citrus flavors with Bergamot Orange peel, critical in giving Earl Grey Tea its distinct taste. Finally we liberally dry-hopped with Motueka, HBC-472, and Lemondrop hops for a citrusy, spicy, fruity nose that would be out of place in an English Bitter but subdued in an American IPA. It’s ain’t English. It ain’t American. This here is an Improper Pint.
