Beer Description
The fourth iteration in our DDH Juicy Bits series features El Dorado hops, a surprisingly complex hop that we had barely used before designing Juicy Bits. Features notes of candied mango, papaya, and candied apricot, which are a wonderful complement to the citrus and tropical fruit character provided by Citra and Mosaic. Eldo is in full display in EDDDHJB, thanks to the more than 4 lbs/bbl of El Dorado added to the dry hop, which combined with the normal hop schedule of Citra, Mosaic & El Dorado, brings the total hop rate to over 8 lbs/bbl!
