Beer Description
Hoppier than your usual Amber Ale, this beer straddles the line between Pale Ale and IPA, with plenty of malt character to spare. Pours red to orange, with an off-white head. Aroma of honeyed toast with light citrus notes. Flavor starts with a clean malt sweetness, followed by more citrusy hops and a slightly toasty finish with middling hop bitterness. Finishes with a lingering sweetness complemented by more fruity hops reminiscent of strawberry and pineapple. Overall, a complex pint that still manages to be approachable and ultimately satisfying.
